When ordering: name, delivery address, billing address, e-mail, phone, payment details (processed by our payment provider, not stored by us).
When visiting the site: IP address, browser type, pages visited — only with your cookie consent for analytics.
Newsletter signup: e-mail address and (optionally) first name.
3. Why do we use this data?
Processing and shipping your order (legal basis: contract performance).
Customer service and warranty handling (contract performance).
Accounting obligations (legal obligation, 7-year retention).
E-mail marketing (only with opt-in consent, opt-out via any email).
4. Who do we share with?
Shipping partners (bpost, PostNL, DPD) for delivery.
Payment providers (Mollie, Stripe or similar) for payment processing.
Accounting office for statutory administration.
We DO NOT sell or rent personal data to third parties.
5. How long do we keep data?
Order data: 7 years (legal accounting obligation).
Marketing data: until you unsubscribe.
Analytics cookies: maximum 12 months.
