Withdrawal period
Under EU consumer law, as a consumer you have 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason.
Return conditions
The product must be unused and in original unopened packaging. For sealed Pokémon TCG products (booster bundles, ETBs, displays, cases): the seal must remain intact.
Singles, opened products and custom products are excluded from the right of return.
Please confirm return first via info@belgonet.com — we will send a return label.
Refund
After receipt and inspection of the product, we refund the full amount within 14 days, including original shipping costs (standard rate).
Refund is processed via the same payment method as the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
Return costs
Return shipping is at the customer's expense, except for defective or wrongly shipped products (we cover the cost in those cases).
Defective or wrong product
If you receive a defective or wrong product: contact us within 7 days with photos. We arrange a free exchange or full refund including shipping.
