We ship via bpost (Belgium) and PostNL/DPD (Netherlands and EU).
Delivery times
Belgium: 1–2 business days after shipping.
Netherlands: 2–3 business days.
France, Germany, Luxembourg: 3–5 business days.
Pre-orders ship within 5 business days after official release date.
Shipping costs
Belgium: €5.95 standard (tracked).
Netherlands: €7.95.
France / Germany / Luxembourg: €10.95.
Free shipping from €100 (BE) / €150 (other countries).
High-value shipments (>€500): registered with signature, +€4.95.

Insurance
All shipments are insured up to €500 via our carrier. For higher values, registered shipping with signature is offered.
