2. Applicability
These terms apply to every order placed through this webshop. By placing an order, the customer fully and unconditionally accepts these terms.
3. Offers and agreement
All offers are non-binding and valid while supplies last. Pre-order products are shipped after the publisher's official release date.
The agreement comes into force upon e-mail confirmation of the order.
4. Prices
All prices are in euros (EUR), including 21% Belgian VAT, excluding shipping. Shipping is added at checkout.
5. Payment
Payment can be made by Bancontact, credit card (Visa/Mastercard), iDEAL, PayPal or bank transfer. For bank transfers, the order is only shipped after payment is received.
6. Delivery
We ship to Belgium, the Netherlands, France, Germany and Luxembourg. Standard delivery time: 2 to 5 business days after payment received. Pre-orders ship within 5 business days after official release.
In case of delays beyond our control (e.g. carrier), the customer is informed promptly. Risk of loss or damage in transit is at our expense until delivery.
7. Right of withdrawal
Consumer customers have 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to withdraw without reason. The product must be unused and in original packaging (sealed product must remain sealed). See also our Refund Policy.
8. Conformity and warranty
Statutory 2-year warranty on material and manufacturing defects under Belgian consumer law.
9. Intellectual property
All trademarks, logos and images on this site are the property of their respective owners (The Pokémon Company International, Asmodee, etc.) and are used under license or fair use.
10. Liability
AVZ Cards is not liable for indirect damages. Our total liability is always limited to the invoice amount of the relevant order.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
Belgian law applies exclusively to all contracts. Disputes are submitted to the competent courts of the Antwerp district, Tongeren division.
